The hour glass placed in the middle of your sternum with the wings spread across your chest. To add onto the idea of time passing through the hour glass, putting wings of some sort whether they be angelic wings or the wings of a demon, this is a great piece to get on your chest. We also farm another small 1.5 hectare plot beneath the Black Snake Ranges in the Tonimbuk valley.

The vineyards are situated at 400m above sea level, tucked into the steep hill-sides on the Strezelecki Ranges. My wife Hannah and I farm two small plots of approx 0.75 hectare each on our property in Gippsland Victoria. And ultimately (and selfishly) are wines that I wanted to drink and share with others They are crafted with consideration and integrity throughout the entire process. Momento Mori Wines was born out of a simple desire to make wines that first and foremost have respect for the living.
